We have a problem with offline trends in Desigo CC on the Pharmaceutical site.

Everything worked fine for about a month (we made reports on daily basis).

From yesterday offline trends don't not work anymore. We can not collect new values. When we click in DCC on collect it says collect successful but it doesn’t collect. I can reset buffer size and then it will start running again but customer will lose data from the moment it stopped working till resetting buffer size.

This happened once before, so i created new database and started trending again, but i don't want to lose all data again.

I did some research and find something about max APDU length.

We are using LON controllers for this site and max APDU length is 206, and for some PX controller is set to 1476 (UDP/IP communication).

I tried to expand Max Segments Accepted in registry from 256 to 512, but still can't collect data.

So it seems we must reset record count, lower buffer size to 1100 and change logging interval  to 5 min, so it does't stop working again? Or we can go to site and change parameters in XWorks for that LON controller (change max APDU length to 1476)?

Did anyone have similar problem like this?
