Sinamics DCM not enough torque

safrygin.v Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello! we use 6RA80 at mine hoisting machine, closed-loop speed control. when it starts at low speed (around 0.01%) it's not rotate, so i think there is not enough torque. is it possible to increase torque at low speed? Thank you!

Check the limits Current /Torque Is the brake open? Check the brake control. Make trace with actual speed and speed stpoint, controlword and status word, torque(current)setpoint and torque(current)act value. Safe the project and open a Service Request in the customer support
