I see probably defined 2 register value (float) so in this case I expect your range as 6x registers with double to read. You can try define buffer as DWORD (6x) or WORD (12x) and due this set LEN parameter (n. of registers to read). Your register's start address is 30001+3018->33019 (for both data types you select), only my mentioned length due your defined areas for data nned to be correctly set. Pls try look for first at hex value of address if you have it inside documentation, then translate to dec and add offset to have correct start address. I expect your range as dec values.
