Hi my fellow industrial companions.

My company just gave me one of the new S7 1200 G2, and Im trying to create a web server to exploit its new capabilities. 

My problem is that the web server is only available on newer firmware versions. My PLC has the V1.0, but I cant find the specific firmware updates for the S7 1200 G2.

Does anyone know how could I adress this issue? There are few topics on this new PLC and limited information.

The S7‑1200 G2 CPU Web server provides a Web API for you to develop custom Web pages that can read and write process data (recent technology identical to SIMATIC S7-1500 CPU's). Please see:

I believe no firmware updates have been released for the S7-1200 G2 CPU yet, as this CPU was released recently: 01/22/2025.

I can connect with the server, because though it displays 404 NOT FOUND, in the certificate i can read the plc reference.

I think that its a config. that i can not figure out. And being no update yet to the G2 I dont know what to do.
