I have a problem with the HMI unified

I use the default config of alarm view but I download to HMI error code is 600108 and 600089

600108: Manager(DistManager) is not connected

Can you give me some advice?

Hi, I'm also experiencing this error.  In my case 536870944-Manager (DistManager) is not connected.
Is there any known solution for it?
I'm using an MRP700 Unified Basic panel with the Siemens template.

I’d like to clarify that I’m using the MTP700 Unified Basic panel, and the Remote Access option is not available in the Runtime Settings.

I created a support request and got in return the quote below. But to me it makes no sense, because I have the time set correctly in my Unified Basic Panel and S7-1500 PLC, and Basic panels do not support collaboration... And when I download to PLC and HMI, certificates are supposedly automatically downloaded.

This problem is known to our development team and we have received the following feedback from the development team that these problems with the Distmanager are due to configuration problems and that there are several scenarios that can lead to this.

Here are the suggested solutions for the project configuration when the problem occurs.

Typical errors that lead to the error message "DistManage_3" are due to configuration problems

To solve the problem:

o Time correction required between both devices

o RT-Collaboration certificate packages (RT-Collaboration, CA certificate, revocation list) must be imported/downloaded on both devices

o Correct verification in each screen window must be performed on each device

o Download to both devices

However, you may have to wait a long time for the engineers to find and solve an issue by luck alone. You can speed up the process by reporting the problem to Siemens by creating a support request.
