Siemens TP700 problem

I’m facing an issue where sometimes (unfortunately not always) when we start the machine, it does not accept the username/password. In such cases, I have to download the HMI program again, and after that, it accepts the username/password for a while. I don’t know why this happens or what the problem could be. (Number of login attempts can be 0, so there will no problem anymore after wrong password or username) When you download the project to HMI, please select the option "Overwrite user administration" else the old user administration will stay on the panel.
