IoT2050 Failed Reboot

AutoGen_8012597 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, We recently had multiple sites with IoT2050s fail to reboot after a remote reboot command was issued. I've attached the log from one of the sites noting the failed reboot occurred on 16 April, from the log does anyone have any idea why the IoT2050 failed to reboot. We run the 'sudo reboot' from ssh and the device is not more accessible unless hard reset it. we have encountered this problem many times on diffent equipments in different configurations, but have been unable to reproduce it faithfully on our test bench. Seems to be the same phenomenon as described in in the link posted by @jan-k without any proof.. I have seen a hardware watchdog is available in iot2050 as posted here. Did someone use that feature to solve the problem of reboot ? Best Regards.

Maybe you can support us, we can provide you a custom debug firmware (V1.4) to maybe catch the logs of the issue.
