Hello.

Let us make it very clear: You will not be able to upload a program with the purpose to change the design. An upload can only be loaded into another of the same device, as-is without changes. 

Modern Prosave can be used with old HMIs also. You may need to load the HMI profiles from the extra DVD that comes with the package. See below the old HMIs that Prosave V17 can connect to.

Thanks for reply ,but I can't find xp version of prosave in net and siemens tell me not possible downloading prosave software,forever  I hope someone  can help me and share link or separately software.

You can download WinCC flexible SP2 from the following link and after installation, it will install also Prosave (an old version). 

It may be higher than the version you requested. but it can be worked under Windows XP.
