i used FB52 instated of SFB52, Now i can able to read and write. 

If CPU has profinet port maybe SFB52 works. 

If CP then have to use FB52.

When you use CP343-1 as Profinet IO controller, don't you need some communication blocks to access the IO Devices?

yes, its need to use FC11 & FC12 if CP343-1 as profinet IO controller. i never use on my program that is the issue. after i used then tested ok.
