412-5H,replaced flash card no working

FISHpcy Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir CPU 412-5H , I replaced new 5V flash card 2MBYTE in rack 1 (flash card same rack 0) and run "download user program to memory card" is finished but I turn on rack1 CPU "RUN mode " the green light flashes once and then disappears. The rack 1 CPU not working. What happen ?? i checked diagnose (CPU redundancy error OB (OB72)) ??? Attachment Diagnose.txt (766 Downloads)

ALI_N23 Posts: 70 Rating: (6)	You can try it ,,,,,,,,,,, put both CPU s to Stop mode , download blocks to both flash cards (using Download user program to memory card) and then put both CPUs to run mode ,,,, may be it solve your problem ,,,,,

hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 12/31/2025 Posts: 6891 Rating: (1368)	what are important points: 1- You need identical memories (order numbers). 2-Using PG is much easier to copy blocks and delete the old files from Flash memory. 3- Checksum of hardware and program blocks should be identical in both memories.
