Diagnostic LED EXTF & BUSF 2F about S7-400 CPU

hi. My name is TW. have a Question about CPU S7-416-2DP. 5days ago, we was shutdown main power for welding and yesterday main power on. and cpu diagnostic led (EXTF and BUSF 2F) is ON. checking hardware configuration online mode -> all die. was tried Profibus DP Line check and change Connector and DP address.....etc.. but ..Interface Module is die....TT so, CPU DP Port Change X2 -> X1 and Change Hardware Configuration. After Download, Interface module Connection!!!! but cpu diagnostic led (EXTF and BUSF 2F) is ON. i dont understand. why EXTF and BUSF 2F is ON? perhaps, CPU DP Port Self-Diagnostic and Shout? attached Diagnostic.txt Please help me.. Hi, I checked diagnostic buffer and found Event 12 of 120: Event ID 16# 530D and Event ID 16# 5961 The reason could be the SDB. Please check this FAQ - pherhaps it will work: Why won't the IM and/or the CP with a CPU S7-400 go into RUN mode when the event ID 530D appears in the diagnostics buffer?Regards, Towome |

last day nigit... Main Power on and check the cpu. so.... EXTF & BUSF 2F LED is off.. i do not anyting.. i dont understand this problem...... |

hi, the first check may be any device may power off or remove communication. so check all devices. |
