I want to control ship propeller pitch by logo 8.

Propeller degree changes by 2 selonid, we called them  forward selenoid which when activated propler pitch toward posetive  angle  another selenoid work vice versa.  when forward  selenoid activated  and hydrolic fluid flow  to push propeller forward,    Lever (which set desired position )supply by 0-10v and will  control propeller from 0 to 100 degree (angle) forward and 0 to 100 degree backward. think (I should define 0-5 V for backward position and 5-10 V for forward position.) A positioner,  feedbacks  propeller degree by 4-20 mA.(I think I should define 4-12 mA for revese position and 12 to 20mA for forward position.)  So my desire program is to set propeller  for example 60 forward position, selenoid forward activated until propeler pitch reach 60 degree and then denergized. On the other hand if i chane lever  for  to 5 degree forward or backward(now on 60 degree),  so the backward selenide activate to change propler from 60 to 5 degree forward or backward positin. And Then both selenoid denergised.

I think its a typcal and helful fucton which be used in many systems. I want a program for this function.

 I designed a program which it seems to work in simulation, but I really appreciated if anybody who can help me to be more reliable and generally improve it.
