i have same "Conv.FormatFail 52" but each time stop compresor or speed of motor goes at minimun for 1 minute.

I've been having this issue for 2 weeks, i guess some part of MM440 communication parameters are wrong. i attached some of parameters i believe could be wrong

 I have the same problem with MM420 and Atlas Copco MK4

First cause by some one turn on the SERVICE SWITCH, then the operator take BOP and do QuickCommissioning for MM420. 

Now the service switch already turn off, Atlas start, MM420 run for few second then shutdown

Check MM 420 parameters & compare with the originals. During quick commissioning, source command parameters must have changed. Hence drive switches OFF when commands from PLC are applied.

 Electronikon MK4 is the AtlasCopco control panel connected to MM420 by two wires 485 to read actual speed, send setpoint and give the frequency source.

Very few MK4 infomations from Atlas that can help to setup right parameters to MM420 communication. Unfortunately, I dont have original setting file also.

Funny that Atlas start 110kW main motor by star/delta but purchase one MM420 with serial control just to run the 4.5kW cooling fan.

If some one could please help by give me sample file of MM420 parameters for similar application, I will try to fix it step by step.
