Trying to establish if the Siemens LMQTTClient block actually works straight out of the box or not for communication with Azure. Yours seems to be only message that suggests it works without the user having to create something custom as per ThaiKibosh. I can’t actually see a release of the block for 3/9/2021 but there was a recent update in 2023. In any case I encounter the same 80C5 issue as most others. Can you please confirm? I only need to publish. The block seems to work on the same LAN without certificates but seems to fail for me when using QDN/DNS and certificates.

For anyone who finds this thread and is trying to get the MQTT working with Azure...

With the new LMQTT_Client (released 03/09/2021) from Siemens the connection to Azure IoT Hub is working if you follow the advice fromThaKiboshfrom earlier in this thread.

I have tested the publish function I have not tested the subscribe function, so it may not be working but my guess is that it will if you subscribe to the correct topic.
