I have some questions regarding one of our projects.

Hardware is from S7-1500 family + ET200s.

For HMI we are using WinCC classic v7.5.

First question is regarding how to transfer data from TIA Portal to WinCC.

In simatic manager, we did as below: we added a PC station to simatic manager and then compiled it. All the DBs or tags that have the Control and Monitoring Option selected, transferred to WinCC. but how should we transfer the DBs or Tags from TIA to WinCC?

Second question is regarding the Typical function design.

I want to create a typical function for motor/pump. As you may see in PCS7 MotL function, we can use Int02/04/... (Interlock block) and connect it to the Interlock nob of the MotL block. Using this method, we can track the causes in MotL faceplate and we also can display custom texts in the faceplate, explaining the different causes. 

Any idea how to implement this feature manually in customized blocks?
