Why shows LSC the LOGO! as "Unknown"?

I have Newest version of comfort V8.3.1 and this logo shows as unnown device what do I do? Is it becouse I am using windows 11? Maybe Attachment Screenshot (7).png (392 Downloads)

If no device names are assigned to the LOGO!s, these LOGO!s are displayed as "Unknown". So it's not a problem. Attachment Online Test.zip (332 Downloads)

When I tried to click on it, V8.3.1 displayed an error telling me that I need a newer version of the software. You are also absolutely right that it still shows as an unknown device, even in Windows 10. But I can use it now! I also didn't expect a reply so fast. This is my first project on logo, so thank you. I know where to go now.
