Hi Can you tell me what does not work. We need a bit more information. Does everything work except your custom faceplates? And what does not work in the faceplates? |

Ah ok, that makes things easier to understand what is not working. It could be related to using OS simulation which is known for jump to faceplate not working properly. Are you using PLCSim? If so, did you follow the manual how to setup PLCSim (see Engineering manual or PCS7 compendium part A). You can also try to use apdiag.exe under Program Files(x86)\SIEMENS\WinCC\utools. Open and click on "Output Window" and try to click on the faceplate button and post the results from the output window. Did you also configure the correct users and authorizations on the OS project. Did you also configure the OS server properties like NetPro/hardware configuration etc. In my topic under "APL section", you can find more info about using custom blocks and faceplates with links to several topics already on the forum. |
