I had this in the specific unit, now I use a simplified version of that, since empirical data showed me I do not need such complexity. It is been shown before, here, at software it is just the ""Roller shutter control button UP, button DOWN "program you have, https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/gr/en/view/109783504 but I made the shader to be controlled by temperature. AI1 and AI2. And I added a pump to be controlled when the temp is favourable. This works. Q1 A brief description of the complex stuff. You are supposed to follow "steps". Reason is there are supposed to be 3 sensors that correspond to specific locations of the shader. All that is needed because when I1, i2 and i3 activate, you can't activate them to specific parts of the program but to the whole program. So I had to find a way to control this mayhem. At a specific temp zone look for "danger" and "sweet spot" etc, that corresponds a specific I1 or i2 or i3. """Depending on the temp and where the shader is (I1,2,3) corresponnds either q2 activation q3 activation, or null."''' Well omit that part because the 3 sensors are not installed due to unforseen difficulties, (contractor did not do satisfactory job), the system is fixed on Q2 activated. this is connected with bypass Data logging never saw temps above 58 c until now, so I think no conflics there. I4 to I8 are reserved for reset because Q2 and Q3 should NOT light together. Auto/ manual, I do not want the shader auto activation during manual bypass , see above post. The pump emergency activation will be deleted and possibly "Auto" due to external bypass because logo, is so.... dependable. All, except blinds and fan, are powered from the same logo power supply. Including the pump. I7 is a shift register, I made some situation screens to be used with this. Mathematical are because temp is not at the same value through the system and I like conformity at screens At the bottom is your example for when pt1000 malfunctions. Made a similar for the shaders "Initialisation" Cutoffs" is because I wanted the shaders at a specific location when system recovers from reset. Futher down is data logging and screen colour. You mean 2a fuse between logo and power supply? good luck finding that. Cable crimping? not presently. Maybe, never. Looking for better solutions but I can't find a bigger, din, transparent, Ip 64, box. I have a pc fan constantly blowing air from the bottom. All I could do is a localised 220vac 6A b curve fuse. At the house I have 3phase 220 Vac at site 1 phase goes up with a 220 20A b curve fuse.I have 3 cables at site. current, neutral and ground. At the front, logo has ground icon, that is connected to house ground cable. House, otherwise, is fine. Need more information? Ps Logo is so #####, that at simulation sensors found simultaneously activation of Q2and Q3 when it should not have been. had to add delays, because clock signal is transmited throught! Logo, its extension AM2RTD, the pump and its inputs are powered by this: 6EP3333-6SB00-0AY0 Nothing stands between them Logo got damaged (does not power on), AM2RTD is alive and works well with new unit. Q1 receives current from 6EP3333-6SB00-0AY0. this powers the pump. Q2 and Q3 receive power 220v from house. Rolling blind receives 220v from house. Top usage is 4 amps with a wide margin. Ground is applicable whenever needed, from house. I had no way of manipulating the blind independent of the logo, unless I routed power of 220v parallel to the logo. This resulted in whenever I operated the blind manualy, for Q2 or Q3 to have 220v to the output end. I had "Auto manual" on so even if it asked for q2 or q3 activation it did not energise the relays. I experienced input 4 not receiving the command I had assigned it to so I used another input. Could that be connected to me using the blind manualy? Some time later logo switched off and never came back. Is all that related to me providing power to the output q2 /q3 of logo? Is putting a diode at the end, of q2 and q3, in order to limit the currrent, advisable, in that case? Best I can do is paint Attachmentlogo.zip (516 Downloads) |

In the (probable) case I wasn't well understood, an edited paint.
