First I apologise for error but are not a compressor but a delta blower aerzen of 200kw

They are controller by PLC with setpoint fix or PID, we liked when we use the PID, each Hz of gain or delay takes 1 second after of acceleration ramp.

Using the PI controller within the drive, this change you are referring to is a dynamic due to the performance of the system. If the PI controlling, and working, the rate of control required can only be managed empirically.

As I look at my response it sounds like an excuse, but these things do take some time to set up, with a PC connected and using STARTER, sat on a packing crate trying to understand what is working or not?

I have attached a drawing which may help, it refers to G120C for a Stairwell Pressurisation control system, but the parameters still apply to MM440 or MM430, and G120C.
