Trending page is not able to retrieve the values from the logged files

I have a USB stick with ample storage (Sandisk, USB3.0, 120GB) and It's logging alright for the first hours (2-3hours) but after that the trending page is not able to retrieve the values from the logged files, it gives '###' as proces value from the datapoint. Also the noteble thing is that my log files for some reason are all 36KB "when they stop logging". any experience with this by any chance? If you use the Systemfunction "StopRuntime" and then look in the logfile on PC, do you see all the entries? Bye Murof
