Have some problem with SIPART PS2.

When the setpoint changes from 0% to 60-100% in automatic mode, or the transfer from manual mode to automatic with the setpoints, 60-100%, positioner almost reaches the set point, and then releases the air to the values 40-20%. When the air descends in the case of transition to manual mode, the descent of air is terminated, but if the value is 60-100% after 3-4 seconds the valve starts to close up 40-20%, accompanied by a hissing sound.Some times symbol like "h1" is flashing.

In manual mode, the positioner behaves:
When you open it up to 60-100% waiting 3-4 seconds then again releases the air to 40-20%, with constant hissing, and the valve slowly closes up 20-10%.

Air loss is 2%.
Settings were recaptured at the factory and again was initializing.
The actuator was connected to a tube from another positioner, worked perfectly.
