Your email provider may require a root certificate to authenticate the CMR (TLS). You can obtain the corresponding certificate from the email provider or athttps://ssl-tools.net/

 I know this is very old now, but can anyone describe how, i.e. the steps involved to achieve this.

Still can't get our email working after trying 3 of 4  different ISPs
