WinCC "System Login" I/O fields malfunctioning

I have Dell PowerEdge T330 Server installed with Windows Server 2012R2 and its having WinCC 7.4 SP1 Upd6. My server and WinCC operations are working fine except the issue I'm describing below, Whenever I attempt to log in- I'm facing an error during typing "Login" name and "Password". I fed the User name on Login fields. But, During typing password cell got automatically jumped to Login field. And, erasing all the exiting letters by continuing as new inputs. I had never seen such issues ever. Also, I tested it by using Online keyboards after removing the connected keyboard from CPU. What could be the cause, Had any of you faced and came across such type of issues? It would be better if I get some relevant information. Attachment Wincc_Userloging_Error.jpg (158 Downloads)

There are know problems with the process PASSDBRT.exe, which is responsible for the management of users and rights. I don't think my server and clients having Audit installation. Anyway, kindly look at the installed software list available on the attached image, One more information to you, If Wincc update is necessary as you mentioned, then why do my clients not having this issue? If you would not have installed Audit, you may have an other problem. In this case you should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) - formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and system information from the Computer. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request and send the data to the Technical Support of Siemems.
