Wincc pro with phased out s7-400 CPU

student20 Joined: 2/5/2023 Last visit: 11/9/2024 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hi I have a s7-416 CPU (6ES7416-2XK02-0AB0) with CP442-1 RNA (6GK7 442-1RX00-0XE0) and another s7-416 CPU (6ES7416-2XN05-0AB0) with CP 443-1 RNA (6GK7 443-1RX00-0XE0). The CPU program wrote in Simatic manager v5.5 and I want to migrate these CPUs to Tia portal but these are not in hardware catalog of Step7 (Tia portal) and that cannot be replaced with GSDML files according this link. How can I use these CPUs in Wincc professional (Tia portal) without migrate it in Tia portal?

Thank you for your suggestion I used Device proxy to add s7-416 with CP443-1 RNA. Then IPv4 protocol (RNA) instead of ISO protocol (Ethernet) for connection. Attachment mcc2.png (17 Downloads)
