7SJ662 USB Connection Issue

When I am doing plug & play its working fine but when I am Initializing it or connecting with a file V4.31 then in USB connection type the device is not showing. The Relay is not being detected in USB.

When I am doing plug & play its working fine but when I am Initializing it or connecting with a file V4.41 then in USB connection type the device is not showing. The Relay is not being detected in USB....and can only be seen/connected/managed online. Thanks!
