silgmp22 Member Joined: 5/17/2022 Last visit: 3/11/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, Can anyone help me, I have a CD with the logo! program 8.3 purchased in our company, I recently bought the logo! controller which is 8.4 so I can't connect to it it doesn't detect it, I need to do a program update but these three files that I found and downloaded don't do anything, I'm not that into programming so I'm asking, thanks in advance. ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 9/14/2025 Posts: 35960 Rating: (4502)	For LOGO! 8.4 you absolutely need the current LSC V8.4.x. Only with V8.4.x can LSC communicate with LOGO! 8.4. You can download the upgrade to LSC V8.4.1 from here: Firmware update for LOGO! 8.4 basic devices and service pack 1 for LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.4 And is the firmware of your LOGO! 8.4 not V1.84.03 then update the firmware also.

If it is already V1.84.03, what do you want to update? Have you updated the software?

However there is no installation file for the update from 8.3 to 8.4, it is just a LOGO!V8.4-FIXQ3 ISSUETOOL, and when I turn it on it says Unable to detect any devices in your network environment. There is no other setup file.

Comfort". In the folder "LOGO! Comfort" you find the file "install.html". Double click on it.
