Communication protocol between s7_200 smart and Sinamic v90

elohim-stev Joined: 7/4/2024 Last visit: 4/7/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have vertical packaging machine and it use Sinamic v90 and s7_200 smart std30 CPU I mistakenly reset the drive, please I want you to help me to set the communication protocol between the PLC and the drive because now, the PLC is not communicating with the drive so if I issue a start command the motor is not turning. Please modbus Adresse. Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from know what the software to operate the simatic s7 200 smart (cpu st40).

You need to do some diagnostic steps depended to expected/used comm protocol. Use any suitable PC application connected to your external device to test and to find all what you need to know. No other way in this time...
