Cyclic interrupts priority: shutdown of failsafe runtime group is activated

I used safety blocks in OB37 and in the manual it was mentioned that since the F-program has to be assigned to an OB which has priority class greater than 15 . I modified the cyclic times for the interrupts and called the safety program in OB37 in the CFC. But the simulator is giving a error that the shutdown of failsafe runtime group is activated. And just before that i can see error detected in F_CYC_CO and before that OB80 request error for OB37 . Can i know what mistake im making in the program please ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Cyclic interrupts priority. Here’s how to fix it: Priority Issue OB37 priority is set to16, which is fine since safety programs need priority between16 and 26. You can increase the priority to17or18to avoid conflicts. Execution Time Too Short OB37 execution time is set to100 ms, which may be too short for the failsafe program. Increase it to300 msor higher. Failsafe Watchdog Error (F_CYC_CO) This means the safety program is not completing in time. Increasing the execution time of OB37 should fix it. OB80 Error (Time Error) OB80 error means OB37 is exceeding its execution time. Increasing OB37’s execution time and reducing the frequency of other OBs (like OB30–OB36) should help. Suggested Fix: Set OB37 priority to17or18. Increase OB37 execution time to 300 ms or more. Reduce the execution frequency of other OBs if needed.
