Hi all,

I've been messing around with APL's block icon from Typicals PDL and when I add a new attribute under Properties-Links using Dynamic Dialog, there's a red lightning icon. How should I configure it to be the same as those with green bulb icon where it doesn't require manually key in tag name as the prefix, just '.Status' for example. I try copied one of the C Action under Events - Links but to no avail.

Step 1:If the bulb is showing red, right-click on it and select"Delete Linked Tag".

Step 2:Click next to the bulb (white area) in theDynamicsection. Once the edit option is enabled, enter your tag name (only the prefix).
For example: .Status3, then pressEnter.
Update theStaticsection based on your requirements.

I think the above response is misleading.

You should not be using Dynamic Dialog with block icons, period.  It's not supported for using with block icon generation (which is how you would substitute the tag prefix during creation).  You can see that no block icons are using dynamic dialog from out of the box delivery on the typicals page.

Everything has to be made via customized object embedded animations / linked event scripts etc. which come from linked tags only.
