The "s7einstx.dll" module could not be started - PG/PC interface

SumitSingh Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have installed Step 7 microwin 4.0. While setting PG/PC interface when I try to install PC/PPI cable I am getting error : The "s7einstx.dll" module could not be started. If I click on properties for already installed interfaces then I get error : The "s7eptcpx.dll" module could not be started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but the problem is as it is. Has anybody else faced this problem? What is the solution? Attached the screenshot of error message. SumitSingh Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Resolved. Followed the instructions for uninstalling Step7 completely given at https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/189025?dti=0&lc=en-WW Then reinstalled the software and it started working.
