Do you mean the .json file as in the onboarding file for the IEM?

In my case, the IEM was showing as reachable from the IEHub. However, after restarting the edge device, it went offline and hasn’t reconnected since. So I’m facing a similar issue and wondering if the restart could have impacted the provisioning or connectivity.
