Hello Prashant varma; Information on the cycloconverter SL150 seems to be scarce on the Siemens Industry Solutions website. This is the main page for this model: http://www.industrysolutions.siemens.com/metals-mining/en/Electrics_Automation/motors_and_drives/cycloconverter.htm And here is a 2010 catalog for the Sinamics Medium Voltage drives, including the Sl150; but I find it a weak presentation, especially for its size (9 MB). https://www.swe.siemens.com/spain/web/es/industry/drive_tech/flender/Documents/Folleto%20SINAMICS%20GM-SM150.pdf I would tryto contact the Siemens Metal Technologies division, through the link on the Industry solutions webpage above.
