monitoring a voltage

I am trying to control the reactive power consumed by an induction motor. as the reactive power goes up the voltage will drop and the PLC has to detect it. for this purpose I want to use a voltage transducer with an analogue output which will be linked up with the LOGO. I am not exactly sure how to set up the minimum and maximum values. I have a started my design but it doesnt really work. I dont knwo if my thresholds are ste up in the right way either. I would appreciate any help guys! many thanks Bart
