Hello, I'm currently working on a proyect where I'm using a MicroMaster440 to controll a motor and I want to use the MM440 PID function. I want to: Use digital input 1 (722.0) to start/stop the variator. Use analog input 1 (0-10VDC) to use as my feedback signal. My setpoint is 70 (always) But I can't manage to start the PID, I've gone into the manuals and even my local Siemens support, but they haven't been of much help, so I hope you guys can help me, here is what I do: P3=1 P10=1 P100=1 P304-335= Motor specs. P304=440 P305=2.5 P307=0.75 P310=60 P311=1415 P0700=1 P1000=1 P1080=0 P1082=60 P1120=5 P1121=5 P3900=1 P3=3 P700=1 P701=99 (to use input 1 as my start/stop) P757=0 P758=0 P759=10 P760=100 P2000=60 P910=1 PID P6=4 P5=2250 P2200=722.0 P2253=2250 P2264=755.0 (use analog input 1 as feedback) P2240=70 (this is my setpoint) P2274= Td of the PID P2280= Kp of the PID P2285= Ti of the PID P2292= Lím. Salida PID min. P2291= Lím. Salida PID máx. And this is it, but the variator never starts, it does nothing (and I honestly doesn't think something is wrong with it, I know I'm doing someting wrong). So, please if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or what should I do, please, help me. Thanks and best regards. Juan Splitted from need document about (MM440 control pump, feedback and PID). |
