When I downloaded SP1 of STEP 7 Professional v11 i found these files (refer attachment - "STEP 7 Professional v11.jpg"), I had a Setup.exe file so that I executed that application and was successful in installing SP1 of STEP 7 Professional v11. Whereas as I extraced the SP1 of WinCC Comfort / Advanced v11 (refer attachement - "d.jpg") and I was not able to find a Setup.exe file. So i am not able to install the SP1 even after succesful extraction. AttachmentTIA Portal v11 SP1.zip (536 Downloads) |

Hi, i did not have done the update (time problem) but i have looked to the download site -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/51706933 Did you have download all files? According to the instructions from this site, you have only start the "exe" file (SIMATIC_WinCCPro_V11_0_SP1.exe) -> It is possible that your "Antivir Program" blocked this file? regards, |

I have noticed an error during extraction and that is the reason for the missing "Setup.exe". SR has confirmned that there is no issue with the files available at Service Pack 1 for WinCC Comfort/Advanced V11. I'm re-downloading it and will post the outcome. Hope this will get fixed with the proper downloaded file. |
