Is it possible to make teleservice of five S7-1200 plc's with one CP1242-7? Or each must have

individual CP1242-7?

Some facts here before answering your question.
CP 1242-7 is a module for TeleControl basically (though it can be used for TeleService)
TS Adapter IE Basic + TS Module (4 module variants are available) which is meant for TeleService.

CP 1242-7 sits on the backplane bus of the S7-1200 CPU, where as TS Adapter concept does not have a direct hardware contact with the S7-1200 CPU.

For your question,
Using CP 1242-7 you can perform TeleService for that corresponding CPU. Where as if you are using a TS Adapter IE Basic + TS Modem GSM connected to a network of 5 CPUs (ethernet). In this case you can perform TeleService for all the 5 CPUs in the network (in addition if you have HMIs in the same network then they are accessible through TeleService)

NOTE:
TeleControl - Controlling the Automation system via Tele
TeleSevice - Performing service (typically downloading a project / uploading a project / online monitoring) via Tele
