Dear all since you didnt answer my last post on ( maybe because i wasn't specific)/tf/WW/en/Posts/95808, i openednew thread with my new questions, notsure if it was right thing to do,but hope you can help me with this: i have discovered some of my mistakes since last time,like trying to use fb72 VS_to_S7 dp while my profibus master was assigned on cp345-2(fb72 doesnt work with cp345-2). but here's my problem: i have already read manuals from siemens, and those tables where all bits are explained, requests to vs72x, and response from vs72x, they shouldbe simple to understand, but im having some troubles in doing that. - let's say i need to send request to start inspection: bits i should place in my data block wouldbe like: bit 15 until end all 0 and bit 5 = 1 ??? and then what should i write in send paramater of FB72, after having data block completed?? - then how should bytes in data block of recv paramater should be?? - andto receive my outputwith VDXSetoutputfloat(since you didnt answer to my last post im not sure if this is correct)with my measurethat i got from inspection what should be written in data block?? it would really help me alot if u can show me how data blocks should be, and what to write in send and recv paramater of FB72 in each case. hopeyou can help me with this, thanks for all your help and time.
