hi Luis, i have encountered the same problem on a multiuser Wincc V7.2 project. ES-Windows 7 Ult. SP1 Servers-Windows 2008 R2 SP1 its important to ensure you have the same user name and logons within the microsoft OS's. and that this user whould be part of administrators,Simatic HMI etc. basically i resolved this error by browsing the network locating each OSserver (mine PHOSERVER1 and PHOSERVER2) find shared SCRIPTFCT folder (automatically created by wincc) and assign rights to the folder for my user in my case user name is Phola so it added this additionally to the already defined Simatic HMI user. attached are some screenshots. my user name is consistent throughout all computers in my project (server,ES,Clients). so far i have done numerous changes only downloads with no Issues. i hope this helps you. We had the same problem. We added the local system acount "SYSTEM" to the share, this solved our problem. See for more information about this acount: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/120929 TPS have told us that this is not requierd but this is what solved our problems. Regards, Cedric |
