A0501 Error Message on MM430

MalaysianGuy Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi there, Everytime, I start to run the pump, the A0501 will happen in a few seconds, then the pump stop. The attachment is the parameter setting for MM430. Any other setting that I'm missing here? Whenever the pump output is 10bar or less, the A0501 will not occured. It only happen when the pump output is more that 20bar. Hope you guys can help. Thanks. Your parameter list precludes the use of the PID loop controller. By default, the overload setting for most applications is 150%, this gives the motor some breathing space when accelerating, you have reduced this to 120%, so the overload limit is less. Does your pump need to ramp up in 5 seconds, that is quite short - if possible, increasing this will help. Regards, Graeme

MalaysianGuy Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Thanks, Graeme for your advice. The problem with high amp during ramp up time is due to P1300 setting issue. After we set P1300 = 0, we solved this issue. We get a valuable advice from the motor supplier that it should be running in linear torque.

	I dont Like people driving Fast, thats the reason I overtake them ;)
