MODBUS TCP PLC (S7-1200) PAC3200 power analyzer - communication error after power off

I have a question though - the communication is running, I get the data I need from a PAC3200 power analyzer but as I unplug the RJ45 plug on the PAC or stop the power of the PLC (S7-1200) sometimes the communication could not be started (the status indicates 7002 or 80C8 or 8200). I tried with the disconnect input bit with no success. We need a stable communication because the place that the system will be implemented is very remote. Is there something I can do to stabilize the communication? I'm using TIA PORTAL V13 UPDATE 3. Thanks. Best Regards

When disconnecting the PLC or unpowering it, itwill take some time before the PAC is aware of the connection disruption. This because the PLC did not a clean disconnection sending aTCP FIN (=final) packet.Consequence, as long the PAC still believes that the connection is up, it wil not accept a new PLC connection. On a TCP connection, keep alive telegrams are sent in absence of data. This will be used by the PAC to detect disruption. Depending on the timeout for sending keep alive packetsand acceptable number of lost keep alive packets,it wil last some time... For a PLC the typical values are 10 seconds and 3 repetitions ==> about 30 seconds in total.I do not kown the values for the PAC. So, after a while (when the PAC has detected that the connection is lost), the connectionshould be accepted again.
