Hi AlwintGru, FELLOW dutchman I see Yes, you can set them in parallel, or you can make one step where you open all three valves at once. This depends on your installation. To start: One step+transition is for the start button. After the start button is pressed, then you can set three steps in parallel or one step by activating all valves. If you want "klepbovenmidden" to be opened first, then in the transition you check the opened state. Then you have a new step: "klepbovenlinks" which opens the next valves. You can define all of this by yourself. What you can do in the transition is compare with a timerP. If timerP value > 2 hours, then go to the next step. In the next step, you can for example open one valve and close another. If you configure all of this in SFC, the operator can see the SFC on WinCC runtime. Íf you don't want the time of timerP to be parametrable, you can also use a minimum step time for the steps where valves are opened. The SFC will go automatically to the next step, when the minimum time has been reached. |

Hey Alwin, Attached are some print screens of a SFC I made (have some spare time so...). I made a quick SFC, where three valves are opened one after another and in each step it is checked if the valve is open or not. When all valves are opened another step is activated called: "Wachttijd" you can define a minimum step time (T#2h), or just use a timerP block, where you set variables and just check if the time has been reached. After the waiting time, another step is activated which closes all valves. And what you can do next is to open the next set of valves. No problem! If you keep giving me rating's I'm very happy But anyhow I'll be glad to help out. Even I learn new things... But anyhow: Your thought is correct. If you just use the Control Output of the valve and interconnect to the two driver output blocks, while inverting one of them. Then it's never possible to activate both signals. If Ctrl=1, DO1 is "TRUE", DO2 is "FALSE and if Ctrl=0, DO1 is "FALSE", DO2 is "TRUE". I don't know how the valve will react, but most valves just stop when both outputs are set. |
