Thanks in advance best regards

A Repeater only amplifies the Signal, a Switch would evaluate the Data on the Bus and forwards it only to the port the destination node is connected to... this is not comparable. Well to solve your need, but not hitch less, I would say this works. You will have to switch one Repeater depending which Master has to be active. The ABT is needed to ensure the stability of the DP Network. The only thing have to be aware of is that the DP System behind the Repeater will bedropped in the time the Repeater switches for maybe a view seconds, what could lead your system to go into a dangerous situation. Another solution is not possible in my mind. Personally, if you have an urgent system, I would choose a S7-H System instead, maybe with the S7-414 H. GrzegorzG Posts: 63 Rating: (19)	If you want to connect large number of PA devices you can use DP/PA links. Link acts as slave on Profibus DP side and as master on PA side. It allows you to connect more than 126 PA devices to one PLC. Number of PA devices connected to one DP/PA link is limited by amount of data transferred via link to 244 bytes in and 244 bytes out. There is no possibility to make redundancy in you system configiration. S7 300 PLC can operate with software redundancy but it requires at least CPU315-2 and works only with ET200M redundant IM's. If you want to make fully redundant system then use S7-400H and redundant DP/PA links.
