I've installed opc ua in IOT2020.  Opc ua is configured in node-red. Flow chart looks fine. Opc ua displays "active reading" in node-red flow.

When I trigger a read operation, I got the error in debug window as attachment.

On my opinion, I configured the wrong Topic property for inject object. But I don't know the rule for this property's configuration. Do you have any idea for this?

p.s. The opc ua server is simatic panel KP700 comfort. I can use other opc ua client to get the data from server.

 The gauge is grey, no value, and no file generation before.

I tried to use other parameters for inject's Topic. Refer to Simatic net opc ua server's description, I used "ns=4;s=paneltag1" as parameter. Now opc ua communication is ok.

But I don't know the exact rule for this parameter. I think it's related to opc ua client node's usage and the opc ua server's specification.

With S7-1500, you can use the function "export OPC UA XML-file" in the propeties of the plc to generate a file where you can see the exact topic. I don't know whether there is such an option for panels as well, but there should be.

How exactly can I get the NodeID of a tag in a panel?

I configured a Comfort Panel to work as a OPC UA server and saved an integer and a real in the panel. Both are shown on the startscreen and are saved in the standard tag table.

How can I access these tags from my IOT?

Okay, it works now.

The nodeID of the tags in the panels has to be set as following:

ns=4;s=Tag1

Tag1 being the value you want to read. I saved Tag1 in the standard tag table
