I am using S7-1500 1516-F 3-PN and I am facing a problem connecting two different devices to two different subnets created one for each interface of the CPU.
So the cpu has two interfaces, each of them has its own subnet. I need to connect each device to one of these subnets, and both of these devices should be assigned to the same CPU.

So from the devices' point of view. each of them has his own subnet to connect to the same CPU, and both of them are assigned to the same CPU.

I couldn't get that done, every time I assign the device in the later created subnet to the CPU, it gets connected to the first subnet!!

Please help.

If I understand you correctly, you want two different I/O systems (using two IP subnets) connected to the same CPU.

Be aware that you can run Profinet I/O on the second interface (X2) if the CPU has at least firmware V2.x. And you can configure a second I/O system on X2 having TIA V14.
To be able to run FW 2.0, the CPU must have the correct order number (FW2.0 cannot run on all HW).
