Please advise what could be set wrongly. The PLC is connected directly to internet. Using internal or external IP address of mail server makes the same job.

Server response: small picture

ladder and settings: larger picture.

Internal mailserver ip is 192.168.1.12

plc IP: 192.168.1.65

Using rooting / not using rooting doesn't make difference.

email is set and working with thunderbird using port 25.

edit: removing the password on the mail account and using blank mail helped. Any idea how to use a password and send the mail? This has worked only locally so far.

I have followed your instructions step by step even downloading your example and changing the sender recpient and address to the qutlook one in hexagonal but i cant seem to get it to work can someone give me some pointers or does anyone know how to change the outgoing port from 25 to 587?

I've downloaded and tried the example from automatizzando.

My mail server is gmail, so I'm typing ping smtp.gmail.com in the windows prompt to find out the gmail's IP address and then I have 64.233.186.108 (DW#16#40E9BA6C).

I'm using the same program of automatizzando but after waiting the watch_dog_timer I have 16#8014 as the number error.

Could someone help me please?
