doesanyone perhaps have some examples of how to communicate with ASM450

(MDS404,SLG42) over profibus. I have an application where the customer

wants to use this equipment and I will read/write on MDS404 over profibus.

I will communicate with robot controler with the ProfiBus master adapter.

I have to read strings and INTs and write INTs and REAL numbers.

My specific question is how do I read lets say a string[20] on address 1226.0

and write a REAL on 1338.0?
