In this case, the time base is seconds, resulting in a total value of 2 x 60 seconds plus 30 seconds = 150 seconds. Time value: 4 hours and 39 minutes. In this case, the time base is minutes, resulting in a total value of 4 x 60 minutes plus 39 minutes = 279 minutes.
