I have a problem with SIEMENS Mobile Operations. I can`t connect to the server. The application gives the error "Couldn't reach server. Please check your input". 

Installed System Configuration: Windows Server 2016 Standard, MS SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition, Comos 10.2.4.

Comos Web works perfectly with the browser. All components of Comos Web are installed(Actions, CompositeUI, Events,Scheduler, Tasks, Users). The connection is protected by a self-signed SSL certificate. The start page has the following address "https://comos.xxx.local:65200".

I try to enter addresses in the mobile application as follows "https://comos.xxx.local:65200", "https://comos.xxx.local", "https://172.16.0.1:65200", "https://172.16.0.1" and each time gives an error "Couldn't reach server. Please check your input"

I installed the “network connections” application on my smartphone and then I found that the mobile application is not trying to connect to the network. When I connect to the server through the browser, the application "Network connections" shows "the connection is established". Maybe this is a problem with the application "mobile operations"?
