communication between CP343-1and 4G router

Saleh_1 Regular Member Joined: 8/16/2015 Last visit: 6/6/2022 Posts: 37 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, Kindly we need your help for sending data from S7-300 through ethernet CP343-1(6GK7 343-1EX30-0XE0) by TP-LINK AC750 Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Advanced router - Archer MR200 to central (Head quarter)- but we found that when we connect the ethernet cable from CP to the router ,the router hang and the connection from the router to the 4G network (Central) failed ,we disconnect the cable and restart router the 4G network return to work well. I'm not expert with this but 4G router is also cfonfigured for some network range, cfg. What devices that router expect connected due cfg?

Pls check simply what options you have available on CP343-1 cfg option, then you can see what options are available for each of Port. If some PN option is set to next Port and you connect that Port to Router, it can make probably that hang due functionality cfg of second ETH Port, therefore I recommend again cooperate with CP343-1 documentation to know what you can cfg to each of CP343-1 Ports.
