Hello qwemx; Duris_I is quite right, your first research would be to locate the Wago manual for your analog input module, and find out what numerical values are output for different input values. Here for example is the 750-455 module documentation, for its 4-20 mA input signals: the full-scale numerical range for this module is 0-32760. It will not be difficult to scale this value in the S7, as a linear function. https://www.wago.com/global/i-o-systems/4-channel-analog-input/p/750-455 Wago produces very good technical information on its equipment, simply search the web for each part number you will use in your project, and look for the manual for that module in the result page.
